Re-Time Inc. uses the Authorize.net Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Authorize.net gateway are secured payments.

• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Re-Time Inc. or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Authorize.net’s bank-grade data centre, further

• Authorize.net at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the
merchant account held by Re-Time Inc.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your correct email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via standard domestic or international courier within 10 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. This product is covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty for 12 (twelve) months from date of purchase subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. As a first step, please contact us to see if you are entitled to claim the warranty by emailing us at: email@example.com with a description of the product defect and your contact details.
If we confirm in a return email that your product is eligible for replacement or repair, please send at your own expense this completed warranty card with proof of purchase and the defective product to the address printed on your warranty card.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty does NOT cover: Damage due to alterations, accident, misuse, neglect, fire, thunderstorm activity, use on an incorrect voltage, voltage supply problems, power surges and dips, abuse, tampering or repair by unauthorised persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, build-up of dirt or dust, liquid spillage, exposure to moisture or abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the product, damage or loss incurred during, associated with or related to transit, any loss or damage arising from loss of use, loss of profits or revenue or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or any product with an altered or removed serial number.
Owner responsibilities: The owner will use the product in accordance with the operating instructions at: www.re-timer.com. The serial number on the product must not be altered or removed in order to claim this warranty. The owner must have proof of purchase to validate warranty claims.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Re-Time Inc. will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
In the event that a customer changes their mind following purchase, they may return the product for a refund less freight charges. The product comes with an outer sleeve. If this seal is broken then the product cannot be returned as Re-Time is unable to re-sell used merchandise.
