    I used the Re-Timer to assist with retiming my body clock for a business trip to South Africa from Australia. I have very young children and try to spend as little time as possible overseas so that I don’t miss out on their childhood milestones. This means I only land a day prior to my work activities. As I was going to be facilitating a workshop I wanted to see if the Re-Timer could assist in speeding up my body clock adjustment so that I could perform at my best.

    I wore the Re-Timer on the plane flight to Johannesburg and achieved a body clock shift of 3 hours, so on my first night in Johannesburg I woke up at 2.30 am instead of 11.30 pm. The second night I achieved a shift of 2 hours and woke up at 4.30 am for my first day of work activities. This was perfect as I had ample preparation and rehearsal time prior to the workshop and was awake and able to perform to a high standard until 8 pm on the first night.

    I highly recommend that people required to perform straight after international travel should use the Re-Timer.
